ACX Power Ascender -

With the ACX Power ascender from ActSafe you get a compact and lightweight ascender/descender for rope access. The unit runs on battery and is transportable, making it easy for you to carry around. It works as a personal elevator suitable for lifting equipment and people. And the strong battery with high lifting capacity will get you up in no time.

The ascender really optimises your workday and allows you to get to areas that are normally not accessible - and on top of that, you do not even have to take the stairs!

Self-locking

and with enclosed grab system (patent pending).

The self-locking feature makes it easy to handle the device, and it offers increased safety by automatically locking the device in case the user slips.

Strong battery and rapid charging

with intelligent electronic management system.

The ascender is powered by a strong battery with high lifting capacity allowing heavy kilos to be dragged up and down. Using battery power you avoid cords floating around and, moreover, the ascender becomes more mobile.

Remote control

with a range of up to 150m.

With a remote control the user is provided with the necessary freedom of movement to handle equipment while a colleague controls the ascender.

The remote control also offers added safety allowing a colleague to help the user get down if he/she is out of conscious or for some other reason not able to operate the ascender.

Fast setup

with unique rope grab system.

For alternate work between lifting equipment and personnel, you can easily and quickly change the rope.

The ACX Power ascender functions as a personal elevator and work positioning system that enables the operator to easily reach work places at heights in a safe and fast way.

For personnel lifting, the basic rules for work on ropes apply and specifically the use of a backup system. The illustration shows the standard setup for lifting a person.
