GENERAL PROPERTIES OF SAFETY FOOTWEAR

  • Footwear is designed to protect the user from injury that can occur due to accidents.
  • The shoes have toe caps, which can withstand falling objects with a minimum energy level of 200 J or minimum pressure of 15 kN.
  • Shoes must have a shock-absorbing effect of at least 20 J
  • The soles must be oil-resistant.
  • The soles must be anti-skid.
