SUPPLY CHAIN

At ICM, our supply chain department consists of: Purchasing, warehousing, as well as incoming and outgoing transport, both car, sea and air. The purchasing department consists of 6 dedicated purchasers who handles goods from our many suppliers, both in Denmark and abroad.

Our warehouse is in operation every day from 6:00 AM–10:00 PM, and handles everything from entire loads to small packages. Danish customers who order goods before 2.00 PM will recieve the goods the following work day.
​​​​​​​We have a goal that our delivery performance should be at least 98% to Danish customers, and we monitor daily to ensure that this is complied with.
