First Base 3 bump cap from 3M in blue/grey. Micropeak 25 mm. The microfiber cap is designed with a flexible shell made of durable ABS plastic and it fits head sizes between 52 - 65 cm. The fabric of the bump cap is made of 100% polyester and is machine washable. The fashionable cap is lightweight (180 g) and is CE approved according to EN 812: 2012. The bump cap provides protection against the effects of striking the head against hard stationary objects which can cause lacerations or other superficial injuries. NOTE! Bump caps are not designed to provide protection against the effects of falling or thrown objects and do not provide the same level of protection as an industrial safety helmet as specified in EN 397: 2012.
